DAN-BOS business service with our partners in Denmark offer mini and medium scale dairy plants with capacities from 500 l/day - 5000 l/h.

The heart of the dairy plant is a prefabricated module for pasteurization of raw milk. The inlet to the pasteurization unit is connected to a storage tank fitted with cooling equipment for reception of raw milk.

Raw milk can be collected uncooled in jars from milk tanker.

The outlet of the pasteurization unit can be connected to different types of production lines. Common for the production lines is the production of milk. From here combinations for the production of cultured products , cheese , ice cream products and butter can be made.

Filling of processed products can take place by using either manually operated, semi- automatic or fully automatic filling machines, for filling machines, for filling into the bottle's, cups, cartons or into PVC pouches.
